Appraisal Advisor was the idea of the son of the founder of Alamode, Biggers. He wanted to provide a truly useful tool to help appraisers because it was obvious then how exploitative the amc industry was becoming. Right when the site went live within a month or so, there must have been so much pressure that they shut the effort down.
