That would be tied to the real world costs of finishing the space to expected market standards, materials and labor. That’s a comparative value sort of consideration.

I have a question regarding ANSI reporting of an unfinished second floor bedroom. The walls and ceiling are just bare drywall which has not been mudded/taped/painted. Would this be left out of the ANSI measurements?
