The appraiser gives the borrower instructions on what to view and the borrower takes video while walking through the property. I have tried to expand my coverage areas for more rural type places to keep work coming in and in all accounts I was rejected. Well, unless I wanted to cover area that are even farther than my 3 hour radius of coverage. I said no thank you. I drive far enough as it is and if the markets shifted to the positive 10% I would be very busy.
