In reply to jaydee. I agree with you 100 percent, unfortunately asking and receiving are two very different animals. I was considering coming out of retirement and taking on one order per week just to stay active. You can bet that I would be asking top dollar for my work. I am not encouraged by the fact that our largest local bank has appraisal fees listed on their web page at $450.
