Sorting out the higher fee appraisers is as easy as clicking the ready made drop down arrow; sort by fee. They can sort by any number of performance metrics, fees, turn times, rov instances, etc. There are proximity tools to limit assignment to only near to the appraiser, adjustable proximity ranges.
