He was a mentor to many in the Appraisal Field. The lenders now have job ads for hiring staff for the next BOOM getting ready again to hire office staff and mortgage loan professionals to service the very large amount of Refinance Loans and Purchase Loans to follow with each month the mortgage interest rate drops.

But according to broadband.com there are 45 million Americans that do not have access to the new definition.
