Thats what i have been doing for years as a Broker/Appraiser. Appraisers can also have a Real Estate License as well and a Mortgage Loan Originator License as income streams. An Appraiser Buyer consultant that is also a licensed Real Estate Agent is the way to go to take part in a real estate commission and not just a one-time fee.
